Capital Circle Ventures, the private, invitation-only investment collective from the team behind Seed2Table, announces the debut of Inner Circle, an ultra-exclusive LP/GP retreat series launching with two October editions: Key West (October 16–20, 2025) and Kentucky Castle (October 20–23, 2025). Inner Circle compresses months of diligence into days by prioritizing world-class hospitality and unhurried time with a single GP.
Capital doesn’t move on decks—it moves on conviction. Conviction comes from trust, and trust forms in context: real time together, real conversation, and shared experiences that reveal character. Inner Circle was built for that context—ultra-intimate retreats where hospitality is diligence and clarity comes faster.
“Extraordinary outcomes start with extraordinary context. We engineer the room, the pace, and the experiences so real character shows up—and capital follows clarity,” said Caleb Thornton, Co-Founder.
Hosted in a partners-inclusive private villa for roughly fifteen qualified investors, the program replaces one-hour pitches with four nights and five days living alongside the manager—an authentic window into how the team thinks, decides, and leads.
Signature experiences include a yacht day with champagne-and-caviar service, relaxed deck conversations and curated small-group rotations; deep-sea fishing that naturally surfaces judgment, temperament, and teamwork; and evening hospitality with chef-prepared multi-course dinners, bespoke pairings, a dedicated bartender, and intimate post-dinner salons. A white-party evening under the stars deepens bonds. Light-touch “working moments”—morning strategy coffees, a brief redacted deal-memo walkthrough, and optional 1:1s—offer high-signal touchpoints without breaking the flow.
Set at the landmark estate in Versailles, Kentucky, this intimate retreat for approximately ten guests turns the Castle into a living diligence room—equal parts hospitality and signal. The itinerary threads private, master-led distillery tours and tastings that tie production context to fund theses; a black-tie gala with sommelier pairings that encourages meaningful cross-table conversations; and a VIP day at Keeneland, where time in an iconic setting reveals how the team processes data, risk, and pace in real time. Fireside Q&A, sector deep-dives, and optional allocation conversations remain concise to preserve the spirit of the retreat.
“We slow the room down so better questions—and better answers—can surface. Each edition is carefully curated and built around a single manager,” said Natalya Berikzhankyzy, Founding Partner.
Across all editions, the operating principle is 98% experience, 2% pitch. By replacing conference chaos with intentional context—guests living and dining with the GP and keeping formal touchpoints light—second- and third-order conversations emerge, where conviction actually forms.
“If a deck is the headline, Inner Circle is the story. We give investors the context to see managers clearly—and managers the stage to be experienced, not just presented,” added Thornton.
Looking ahead, Inner Circle will expand to ten invitation-only editions across ten iconic venues in 2026, with a goal of helping connect investors and funds raising over $1 billion combined—without compromising the intimacy and single-GP focus that make the format work.
The calendar will rotate through destinations such as St. George, Utah (red-rock immersion and private canyon dinners), Napa Valley, California (estate tastings and vintner salons), a return to Key West, Florida (private villas, yacht day, and an elegant evening under the stars), and additional tier-one locations to be announced. Accredited investors may request access to the 2026 schedule, and fund managers may inquire about hosting an edition designed to be experienced—not merely explained—delivering four days that replace forty emails and compress months of diligence into days.
At the heart of the brand is the Key & Tassel. The Key represents access—door-opening, placement, and proximity to exceptional people and opportunities. The Tassel elevates access into ceremony—the hospitality, setting, and pacing that honor the gravity of long-term partnership. Together, they express our Why: exclusive access, elevated by unforgettable experience, so trust can thrive.
“We exist at the intersection of access and ceremony. Our Key & Tassel is a daily reminder that how we gather shapes what we build,” said Dave Christian Younts, Founding Partner.
Inner Circle events are invitation-only and capped for intimacy. Attendees must be accredited investors capable of meaningful participation; spouses and partners are welcome on select editions to support shared decision-making.
